1 kg chicken wings
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Oil for frying or baking
Buffalo Sauce:
1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp vinegar
Season wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Fry in oil until crispy, or bake at 200 °C (400 °F) for 40–45 minutes.
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Toss wings in warm sauce and serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
