500 g pork, chicken, or lamb (cubed)
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper
Skewers (wooden or metal)
Mix meat with oil, lemon, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Marinate at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).
Thread meat onto skewers.
Grill on BBQ or stovetop until golden and cooked through (10–15 min).
Serve with pita bread, tzatziki, and salad.
