3 tomatoes (chopped)
1 cucumber (sliced)
1 red onion (thinly sliced)
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
Kalamata olives
Feta cheese (block, not crumbled)
Dried oregano
Olive oil
Salt
Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, pepper, and olives in a bowl.
Place a slab of feta cheese on top.
Sprinkle with oregano and a pinch of salt.
Drizzle generously with olive oil.
Serve immediately as a starter or side.
