100 g serrano ham (finely chopped)
50 g butter
2 tbsp flour
500 ml milk
Nutmeg, salt, pepper
Breadcrumbs and egg for coating
Oil for frying
Melt butter and sauté the ham.
Stir in flour and cook for a minute.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thick.
Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Cool the mixture, then shape into small cylinders.
Coat in egg and breadcrumbs, then fry until golden.
