1 rack of pork ribs (about 1.5 kg)
Salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder
1 cup BBQ sauce
Remove the silver skin from the ribs.
Rub with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Wrap in foil and bake at 150 °C (300 °F) for 2.5–3 hours.
Unwrap, brush with BBQ sauce, and grill or broil for 5–10 min until caramelized.
